Connect Smartsheet to Microsoft Power Automate (Flows)

I want to use Microsoft Power Automate to update Smartsheet and create a couple of documents from the same info (and save myself entering the same info three times!).

I used a template in Power Automate which brought up two links to let me make the connection to Forms and to Smartsheet but the Smartsheet one didn't work and brought up the error message: ‘The redirect URI is missing or invalid.’

This morning I've tried again in case it was a temporary glitch, but I get the same issue. I also tried deleting the connection and starting again... same issue.

I've spoken to Microsoft support about it but they said that it's a Smartsheet thing. What am I doing wrong...?! Can anyone help?

Thanks Andrée, I did try and they weren't hugely helpful. They did say they'd 'troubleshoot' if I was still struggling but I think each side (Microsoft v.s Smartsheet) wants to blame the other!!

Fingers crossed I'll get it solved eventually. Until then I'll keep duplicating effort...! 🙈
