Navigation

I suddenly am unable to navigate properly in any of my sheets. Neither the arrow keys on the keyboard or the mouse function properly. I have never had this problem in the past and it is only in Smartsheet that it is happening. Can anyone help?

Which browser are you using? If you haven’t already, try testing with another one.
Does it work in another one?

That did solve the problem. I have been using Chrome for years and everything has worked fine until recently.
I opened Smartsheet from Internet explorer instead and it works fine.
