Trying to get some light on why an alert might have been triggered; in checking the alert setup and it looks OK. This is the issue:
The onboarding team received the below alert with an offboarding request; issue is this request had been received and processed previously and moved to an Archive sheet; normally when a request is submitted thru a form the alert specifies that ("Changes made by [email protected]), but this specific alert has "automation" as the originator.

I have confirmed with the team that no one changed the status to Completed, but still a new alert was received. any ideas???
