Report selections not working correctly
Hi all,
really scratching my head here...
...I'm a fairly proficient user, but am getting the following problem. If anyone has any ideas I'd really appreciate it.
I have a set of individual projects with extensive links into a master log sheet. Off this log sheet I have report that select for who the tasks or projects are assigned to.
Everything worked fine till today, when the reports are not selecting correctly for certain people assigned to projects. It's only for the latest lines and projects I've added, and I can't find any difference to previous lines/projects that could cause the problem.
Am I reaching link limits or something? Is there any way to check?
Any ideas?

Similar issues here, I can't find newly added columns to sheets back in the report builder. There must be something not 100% working in the reporting part.

Just started using reports 2 days ago.
Looked great until today when the report stopped showing rows from 3 out of it's 9 source sheets

This is weird,
if I filter the source sheet then it selects the appropriate rows correctly. If I do it via a report some of the rows are missing. There must be some strange incompatibility between the column types and some of the data in them or something to stop the selction working.
Still stumped!

In my case, every one of the source sheets was created by using "Save as New" from one of the others.
The structure of all of my sheets should be identical.
Something is definitly not right.

I'm running a report and the criteria is not selecting properly and the sort order is wrong.
The latter problem I reported a couple of weeks ago and had the support team fix after they had to refresh something behind the scenes. It has just happened again. My issue seems to be that the date field I am sorting on is looking at a previous entry and ignoring the last change I made.
I now rely on smartsheet quite a lot to do my work and this is really worrying if it isn't fixed soon...

same issues here, really frustrating.
I have tried calling but because of the Thanksgiving holiday the number is not active today.

I have the same problem here. The Reports worked fine until today... There is a problem with "What" selection.
Please somebody from SmartSheet tell something....

well it all appears to be working OK now. I thought I was losing it, trying to work out why some rows were reporting and not others.

I can not edit a Contact List type column from a Report.
Neither can my customer.
Update: Resolved. The column type had changed and was the old one in the Report.
