Workflow Automation


I was wondering if I'd be able to setup workflow automation for a single cell. I am creating a consolidated department calendar and currently have a "Done" checkbox column setup. However, I am not able to specify that only certain people are to be notified if a specific task is completed. I am only seeing the option where if any box is marked as checked, then all would receive a notification. Is there anyway of setting up alerts for the completion of each individual task?
