Just got off the phone with support and was told we could not take our timeline down to hours. We are going to look into our purchase to see if we purchased the right application. Otherwise how do you make a schedule work?

    Hi Tim—A couple of points of note on this:

     

    1. Although the browser app Gantt chart timeline is down to the day, you can record partial day duration in hours using the Duration column on your sheet. (You likely already know this.) 

     

    2. You can currently see the Gantt duration in 2 hour blocks in the iOS and Android apps.

     

    I've added your vote to our enhancement request list for a method to get the Gantt timeline down to hours in the desktop browser application.
