@Melissa P-B I haven't forgotten about you. I have been working my way through the Excel portion as my schedule allows trying to figure out the most efficient way for you to add new sheets to your reporting while also maintaining the appropriate tracking of new submissions on existing sheets. I'm getting there, but it is certainly slow going.

Thank you so much Paul! I really appreciate it.

So I have every piece except for one figured out in the Excel portion, and that piece just happens to be one of the absolute main parts to the solution I am trying to build. Ugh. SO CLOSE!!!!

@Melissa P-B I am still hitting that wall in Excel, but with the recent enhancements to the limits in Smartsheet, I have something else I want to try as well.
I just wanted to let you know that I haven't given up on this yet.
And to consolidate some notes...
You have multiple sheets.
Each sheet has a single entry of email address (multiple email addresses but no duplicates).
The maximum number of email addresses per sheet is estimated to be 3,000.
Email Addresses may be duplicated across sheets.
You want a compiled list of distinct email addresses and a total count for each of those across all sheets.
