How to ensure data privacy?

Hi

I want some of my users to be able to submit data using forms. But in order to be able to fill out a form, the users must have shared access to the sheet that contains the input form in question.

With sheet sharing enabled, the users can easily see other users' data as well, which I want to keep confidential!

Is there any way that I can allow users to fill out forms, yet, ensure that they cannot see other users' data?

Hi Nasir,

They don’t need to have access to the sheet for submitting forms.

You’d need to change the form options, so it’s accessible by anyone with the link.

Would that work?
