I've sent one invite to collaborate and update requests with myself copied, but my invitees are telling me they haven't received anything and that it's not in their Junk email box either. I'm not receiving copies of the invites, either. Is Smartsheet experience any technical glitches causing this problem right now? I have checked http://status.smartsheet.com and it says "All Systems Operational" so I don't understand why these emails aren't being received.

There appear to be issues, especially with Office 365 hosted mail (Smartsheet has been greylisted). See https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/emails-not-working-0?page=1#comment-16281
I'm not sure why it's not being reported as a problem on the operational status though?

Thanks, if it's specific to Office 365 that would explain it, as we run on Office 365.
I have sent an email to support@smartsheet.com but as yet I've not received a reply. Hopefully, this will be fixed quickly.
Hi All—
We've found that Microsoft has put us on a "greylist" that blocks automatic emails from the Smartsheet application.
It's recommended (Support may also tell you this) that you work with your IT team to whitelist our email relays in order to further troubleshoot the issue:
ord.relay.smartsheet.com
iad.relay.smartsheet.com
