Workflow - Move Row

Greetings,

I've designed a workflow to move "Epics" to a different sheet when they are marked done. What I've found however, is that when this workflow is trigger, it seems to copy the row to the other sheet instead of move it (even though move has been chosen as the function.

One thing to mention is that my sheet is integrated with JIRA via SmartSheet connector, so they do sync every 30 seconds or so. My thought though is when the row moves, it should no longer be syncing, maybe this isn't the case?

Hi Evan,

I can't tell what the cause might be just from the screen captures. It sounds like this might be related to your integration with JIRA, as you noted.

I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support with this enquiry (providing them with the same screen captures, and any relevant screen captures of your JIRA workflows as well).
