Automation Email Notification

Can be possible if the automation email from smartsheet comes with a Customize sender information instead of the information of owner of the sheet? We created a ticket system and the automation email comes with the owners name and when the people reply to the automation email send email to creator of the sheet. We want to put other information email. Can be possible?
