Why are two emails autopopulating when I try to share?
I am trying to add a contractor to a report I'm sharing (Erika), and when I type her email it, it is somehow linked to another email address at that company (a different person, who is also already shared to this report). Both emails pop up in the auto-fill suggestions as if they are one and when I hit enter, only the first one is actually added.
How did this happen (what did I do to cause this), and how can I fix it?
Neither of these people are licensed users on my company's account.

It looks like it’s one contact, but maybe the email is added as the name.

Thank you Andree, that does seem to be it, but I don't know how to fix it. Also, it would mean that the email address is in the system twice - once under the correct person and once not - I didn't think this was allowed.

Can you find both emails in separate contacts as well?
Can you change the contact to the correct name and remove the email as the name as it seems to be now? Make sense?

I think I was able to make the changes to the accounts in the My Smartsheet Contacts section. I haven't heard back from the person who was having the issue accessing the sheet yet, so I'm not positive it fixed the problem.
