Smartsheet Dynamic View URL Not Found

Hello Community;

Having an issue with accessing a Dynamic View; the user is an Admin in the origin sheet and it's also an Admin in the actual view but still getting the error: Dynamic View URL Not Found. Transfer Ownership is not an option, neither is to test Shared Domain (per the Company's policy)....

ETA - There are a few views based off of the below sheet and he's shared as an Admin in those sheets, he can access them without issues.

Any ideas??

It seems like it’s something that the support team has to take a look at.
