Form Enhancement Request

We're using multiple SmartSheet forms within one sheet to record steps for various equipment to be started up, with each piece of equipment requiring responses from multiple parties and usually to be filled out over the course of time as it is being completed. We'd like to be able to show if/what was recorded previously for a particular piece of equipment (ie Pump 1), so that when someone opens up the form, they can see where Pump 1 is in the process.

An update to make the forms dynamic based on previous submissions would be extremely helpful so we can compile all the responses.

So an example of the form sections would be...

Equipment label:

Serial number:

1. Pump installed
2. Pump permanent power connected
3. Pump rotation verified

If someone came and filled out the following:

Equipment label: Pump 1

Serial number: 12345

1. Pump installed CHECK
2. Pump permanent power connected
3. Pump rotation verified

Then, when someone fills out "Pump 1" and "12345" for the first two responses, the form then updates to being...

Equipment label: Pump 1

Serial number: 12345

1. Pump installed CHECK (displayed, not able to be altered)
2. Pump permanent power connected
3. Pump rotation verified

So that the person filling out the form could only alter the #2 and #3 tasks
