Add data to columns using a form
We have a sheet with thousands of unique orgs and need to collect additional data from them after signup, like bank details, a logo upload and user email address. Each org has a unique company number. Is it possible to use that as a unique identifier of the org so that the form will use the data entered by them to complete the columns for bank details, add the logo to the correct row etc?
Can I do it through a form or do I need to create a new sheet and use cross sheet formulas to achieve what I'm trying to do?
