Collaborator name vs email appearing in Share list

When I share a Workspace, some collaborators appear in the share list with their name only and others with email only. In both scenarios, their Contact includes first name, last name and email AND both are free collaborators. I need them to appear/be listed by name, instead of email only. I've removed and shared again to see if it's a glitch and it's still inconsistent.

I am having the same issue Amy and have been crawling through the community to see if anyone poses a solution. For me it is inconsistent - I have my contact list column pre-filled with names selected from my contact list and the column restricted to select names in the list but sometimes when a collaborator selects a name it shows up in the sheet as an email address and other times it shows up as the name. I'm baffled and hope that someone answers your question.

I believe collaborators have to be registered as unlicensed users in your smartsheet account to appear as a casual contact in your sharing list. Just an small educated guess, as I'm not 200% sure about it.
