Automated email subject line text
So, if you automate emails (workflows) and forgo customizing the message, the email title is autogenerated as follows--
For Alert Someone: Changes to [title of sheet]:[primary column text]
For Update Request: Update request for [title of sheet]:[primary column text]
However, when you customize the message, you can assign the subject line and introductory information....BUT then it's very generic and EVERY email has the exact same title.
Is there anyway to either have smartsheets pull the sheet title and primary column but SET YOUR OWN intro verbage (e.g. NOT say "Changes to" but perhpas "For Action")
OR
To in using the customize message function, somehow tell it to pull part of the title from the primary column?

you can have it pull information out of sheet cells buy using {{Column Name}} formatting. For the title of the sheet will show up in the body of the email. example image below of sheet
