Filter for Assigned To in multiple columns
In my sheet, I have a few columns of assignments for different tasks. Is there a way to create a filter which will show any row that has a specific person assigned, but also must have a Check Box checked, in a specific column?
I know there is the At Least/All toggle, but I'm looking for something that will offer an option for If column A or B contains Matthew, and the box in column C must be checked.
I don't want to run a report because I want this it to be a quick view so I can continue editing.
Thanks

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment
As a possible workaround, you could add a helper column (checkbox) that gets checked if the same criteria and then use that in the filter instead.
Would that work?
I hope that helps!

Yes thank you - the work around did work.
For anyone else trying/learning, here's the formula, where the test between the [...] are column headers and the text between the "..." is the what you're searching for. Using @row, allows you to copy the formula to any row and the 1 at the end makes the check box be checked.
=IF(OR([INGEST ORDER ASSIGNED TO]@row = "Matthew Colchamiro", [ECC ORDER ASSIGNED TO]@row = "Matthew Colchamiro"), 1)
