"contains" logic in report builder returns rows that don't include the specific text

I'm building a report where I would like the report to include rows whose primary column includes the text "ORR". The report includes rows that I want, but also includes rows that include the word "correction" because that word includes the same string of characters. Is there a way to limit it so that rows with only that specific text are included?

Are any of your valid ORR tasks labeled with anything greater than "ORR"? Like "ORR", "ORR-Review Required" , and "ORR-Final Approval" or is it just "ORR"?

If just "ORR", then change the contains for that part of your and to be "Is Equal To". If there are more like the shot in the dark examples I gave, then I don't believe there is anything further outside of creating a helper column.

This answers my question but doesn't help me since it requires a helper column as some of the tasks may be labeled with values greater than simply "ORR".
