Hello! I am pretty new to smartsheet. We are trying to use the proof function to gather approvals on our projects. We have several different projects working at the the same time. Is there a way to create a report to see which proofs have been sent and which have been approved?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

I got excellent news. Proofing is now supported in reports.

You can view, upload, and manage proofs from reports, similar to how users interact with proofs from the grid. You can easily open existing proofs aggregated from multiple sheets, upload new proofs, and quickly take action without leaving the report.

I just started using the Proof feature and am very new to Smartsheet so need to learn a lot more about Reports. I am not understanding how to get a report that shows just the rows of various sheets that have Proofs attached. I want to see the status of Proofs and get a view across various sheets with proofs.

This answer was given above, but I can't figure out how to actually do this.
