Record a Date Action for Automated Workflows

I've noticed a few posts on Community re: the release of a new workflow action - Record a Date. I'm not (yet) a member of the "Social Groups" Community so I'm unable to read the full text of each post. In addition, a Smartsheet Partner @Debbie Sawyer made reference to the new workflow action in her answer to https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/comment/271343#Comment_271343

Record a Date is not an available action when I create new automated workflows. I'm a system admin for an Enterprise Plan. What gives? What must I do to have this featured enabled for our plan? Help.
