Excel Data Extract

Who has experience with Zapier (or another app) that will allow Excel data extract into an existing Smartsheet? Need more functionality than just whole rows. Too complex to accept creation of a new Smartsheet with each Excel data transfer. Data Uploader won't work.

Would like to be able to extract individual Excel cells (each could have a named range) into individual Smartsheet cells. Ideally automated to the point that the Excel Workbook path/name and Worksheet name would be a Smartsheet entry with data transfer working from some kind of on-demand manual trigger.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions/advice.

Am hoping someone out there has a solution. Hard to believe this is unique to me.

Have you had a look at our Excel add-in in our suite of SmarterControls4Smartsheet that can update data into an existing smartsheet from Excel. This might suit your needs, if not then we could potentially write something for you.
