Is there any quick way to integrate ServiceNow ITSM with SmartSheet?
We have an in-take form created in ServiceNow for our users to submit their Application Change requests. Our project teams use SmartSheet for tracking and managing these requests within their projects. Currently, we have to manually take the requests data and enter them into a SmartSheet 'backlog'. We are wondering is a quick way (like a plug-in or something) that is available for us to map these fields between the two so that we can have a quick and simple integration.
Anyone has done anything similar?
