Data Mesh Not Mapping Correctly

I am trying to do a Data Mesh between two sheets, and it doesn't seem to be mapping correctly. I think this is an issue with the lookup values, but I am not positive. On the Target sheet, the lookup value is the Primary column and there are many multiples in that column. Could either of those factors be causing problems?

Some background, if helpful: we use Smartsheet for product planning and ordering. The Source sheet is where we keep product information and the Target sheet is where we keep order information. We're trying to get things like descriptions and merchandising information to automatically copy over via DataMesh. There are so many duplicates because it is extremely common to be ordering the same product many times throughout the year.

Mysteriously this has fixed itself! I had it set to update hourly, and for whatever reason after the 3rd hour the fields populated correctly!
