Removing Dynamic Report

Our two blueprints had dynamic report turned on until about two months ago when we turned it off when updating both blueprints. As I provision projects, some projects have an alert icon in the Control Center Project list

with this message when you select the orange triangular icon

even though they were provisioned long after we turned off dynamic report in Control Center. How do we remove these alerts and ensure future projects do not have these alerts?
