Form Sharing

Hello, I know there is a security option in Forms to "Require people to login to Smartsheet to access this form" but is it possible to share only with intended users, or just shared users in the same Workspace? To get people to login is not the best security since anyone can create an account, and if I want to restrict the form only for a certain group of people, it's not available.

Or am I missing something?

Thanks in advance.

I don't believe Form sharing has any access permission settings, as Forms are used to collect inputs from anyone who has the form link. You can email the Form link to people/users you want to, using the Form Share option. If the target audience is everyone in the Workspace then just copy paste the Form link in email to them or expose the Form via Dashboard.

    Thanks @SK

Certain sensitive forms might require only access for intended audience, especially if there are sensitive info in the form or options, e.g. contacts (showing email addresses).
