general questions about enhancements

While researching various questions I have had, I see a common theme about submitting an enhancement request to Smartsheet and people commenting to add 1 to the votes. Is there a place where the enhancement requests are listed so I can either a) add 1 to features I would like, or b) know that somebody else has already requested something, probably more eloquently than I would have added a case or c) Be able to submit a new request for features that I would like to see implemented.
