Report sorting - needing more than 3 sorts

Good afternoon,

I have several reports that I am limited in displaying correctly since the sort option only allows for a maximum of three. Is there a plan to increase the number?

I tried the Summary and Grouping options and it makes the report too clunky. I just need a streamlined sort with more sort options. ;)

Create a formula that joins your sort fields together, then sort on your formula column..

@MCorbin - it is a workaround, but not one that is viable for long-term due to how many reports I need to do various sorts on. I'll end up with many additional columns to the sheets where the data is pulling from. ;)

@AlyssaHM2017 sadly, I've not had the capacity to do so. I wish there was the multiple option to do so, like we have in Workflows to just add another condition and then be able to SAVE that sort by a name. ;)

Would be great if they could increase the number of sorts on reports to at least 5. This has been requested by many people over the years. Would love if Smartsheet would take some action on this. Would massively increase the functionality of reports and would essentially automate the prioritization of tasks. I'll be watching this space….
