Is there a way to share a dynamic view with someone who does not have a Smartsheet account?

I am the co-owner of a dynamic view that is embedded in a dashboard, and I need to share this dashboard, and the dynamic view, with people outside my organization. I've read the articles about permissions, and domain level access is enabled for my organization. However, when I published the dashboard, users within my organization said they were getting prompted to log into their Smartsheet account and told they didn't have permission to see the data in the dynamic view once they logged in.

I asked the support team about this and was told that dynamic view required a login. I need both internal and external users to be able to access the data in the dynamic view without logging into Smartsheet or me having to set access at an individual account level. Is this possible?
