Assign role/discipline in 10,000ft?

Hi there. I have several team members already in 10,000ft and I'd like to assign their role and discipline. I can't seem to find how to do this other than when you initially set them up in the system. Does anyone know where to find this?

You can change it on the People page by clicking on one of the names in the list and then click on Edit Profile (in the top right corner).
