External Content on WorkApps
I am unclear about what external content I can place in my WorkApps. Is it possible to include a SharePoint site URL? I am looking at a use case for a customer that--in addition to multiple dashboards--requires their Knowledge Database to be part of the portal. I realize that I could have a link on the dashboards, but ideally I would like it to be added as WorkApps content in the left navigation. I appreciate anyone that can answer that question for me.

At this time, you can add individual Microsoft 365 documents, like Word, Powerpoint, etc as pages in your WorkApp. You can learn more about that here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2480561-embed-content-from-various-sources-in-a-dashboard
Currently you cannot add a Sharepoint site directly as a page in a WorkApp.
