Printing Gantt Charts

Does anyone know how to stop the previous months that have no data in them from being printed with the Gantt chart as its pushing the chart off an A3 size paper.

Hi Mark,
What you get in the PDF generated for print mostly depends on your primary Gantt Timeline display. You'll see the full increment of the primary Gantt Timeline if a single task bleeds into it, even if you've chosen a specific date range to print. You may need to adjust your Primary Timeline display to smaller increments (weeks and days instead of months and weeks) in order to reduce white space.
