Photos not showing in email from an automated workflow

When workflow is triggered it does not show the photos that are in that row in the email that is sent to the intended recipient.

What happens if you send it to another email account and service? Can you test that?

I sent the row directly from the sources sheet to my personal gmail and the photos showed in the new email.

I think it has something to do with Outlook. I've seen the issue before.
