Proofs Very Slow to Open
Over the last couple of days, proofs that I have been trying to access have been slow to open, and when they do open, a page may not load or be missing from view. My proofs are PDFs and are around 1MB to 2MB each. It is hampering my ability to quickly review my documents in a timely manner. I have reached out to Support but was wondering if anyone else has been encountering this issue lately?

I haven't noticed or heard anything from any clients.
Have you tried it in incognito/private mode, another browser, and another computer?

@Andrée Starå Yes, I did try in Incognito as well as different browsers and machines and still have the same issues proofs are slow to open and when they do, not all pages display or are missing all together from the view.

@Andrée Starå @Amanda Jagodzinski My team is having the same issues with proofing. It's taking some time to open the proofs, when they do open, many pages/attachments are not displayed, the reviewers cannot download the attachments or comment on them.
We have tried opening in different browsers and in incognito, but still are having the same issue. Have you heard about this issue from some other folks as well?

@Andrée Starå @Neha Kaushal I received a message from Smartsheet Support last evening notifying me that this was an issue that was identified on their end and has been resolved as of July 6. I have not had any of these issues this morning so I believe it has been resolved.
