Tablet Web Forms (How to?)
I have an Android Tablet (don't judge me).
There is a section for Web Forms.
How do I add a Web Form to the list?
I searched the Help Center without finding an answer.

Hi Craig,
You have to tap the web form link on your Android device and make sure that it takes you directly to the native app. If the process gets interrupted in any way, such as you get taken to the Play store or Chrome instead, the web form won't get stored in the app's home screen.
Caveats to this:
- Web forms won't open in the app if they're already pinned to your device's home screen. (Remove them from the home screen and find the original link to get them in the app.
- Web forms will disappear from this list if you sign out of the Smartsheet App for Android. (So minimize signing out if at all possible.)
As a side note: the reason this new feature hasn't been documented yet is because we're in the process of consolidating all of our mobile documentation so it's more concise and easier to navigate. We haven't yet finished the Android side of this content consolidation.

Shaine,
I don't get it.
What link? I am trying to add a link to the Web Forms section.
If I go to a sheet using the mobile app, there is no way to get to the link.
You say the Web Forms will disappear from the list if I log out. What I don't know is how to add them to the list in the first place.

Craig,
To store web forms in the app, you must obtain the web form link from the computer browser application. You can email it to yourself in the same way that you'd email the link to other people for them to fill out:
- Sign in to Smartsheet on a computer desktop browser. (Not your android device.)
- Open the sheet associated with your web form and click the Web Forms tab at the bottom.
- To the right of the URL, click the envelope icon and type in your own email address.
- Open that email from your Android device.
It should want to open the web form in the Android app—it'll then be listed in the Web Forms section of the app's Home Screen.
Keep in mind that this is just a place to store web forms that you need to fill out, you can't edit web forms from the android app at this time.

Thanks Shaine. That seems so obvious now.
And to confirm, the list is volatile and will be cleared when I log out of the device, either on purpose or when a Smartsheet update requires me to log out.

You are correct—logging out (on your own volition or not) will clear the list of web forms from the Home Screen.
I know this doesn't help you now, but we do plan to document this in the coming weeks.
