Any way to give anytime access to a report, without access to underline sheet

I would like to give a way for an unlicensed external user to view a report at any time he or she feels like, or needs to. These people do not have access to the workspace or are they shared in the original sheet.

I understand the only method is to publish that report which at this point means that we would have to send that link via email to that person and telling them to save that link to use anytime.

Has anyone come up with a different solution to this?

Giving access to a report anytime a external user needs to see that report.

Have you explored using the Premium App, WorkApps?

Is that an option?

Not sure I follow!

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
