Automated Email from RSS Feed

I just created my first SmartSheet where I integrated an RSS feed with the Zapier tool. Everything is running well with SmartSheet receiving the RSS data. The RSS feed updates every hour 24x7. I setup a Workflow Automation to email me if one of the fields values exceeds a certain number. If the value does not meet the threshold value, the row is locked. I can tell that the Automation is working as many fields are locking. However, I have had a handful of triggering values, and I did not receive the email. I receive emails from other SmartSheets, so I know my email address is not the issue. I have attached the workflow as well as another screenshot that shows the values (in red), where I should have received emails. Any suggestions?
