Data Shuttle
Hello,
Our Smartsheet CSM confirmed that our company is being billed on Data Shuttle access. Every time I try to access it, I get an internal server error. I haven't had success accessing it. I was wondering if anyone encountered the same issue when they first access Data Shuttle? I tried accessing it via a company-issued laptop and my personal iPad. Thank you.

Thanks for responding. I did reach out, but they told me to check our IT. So I'm going in circles. I'll let you know if our IT is going to struggle to fix this.
