Connected MS Teams to Smartsheet with Wrong Login - how to change

I've integrated MS teams with Smartsheet, but accidently used the wrong login (a GMAIL login, not the right smartsheet login I am trying to integrate with MS teams)

I've uninstalled Smartsheet in MS Teams, and tried to re-add, but no longer get the option to login; and cannot find any option/place to change the login.

How do I change the login?

Hi @Zach_PHM_21

It sounds like you've used the wrong Smartsheet login to set up the Bot, is that correct? If so, you'll need to Revoke the Teams integration within this other Smartsheet account (Log in to Smartsheet > Profile/Account > Apps & Integrations > Microsoft Teams (Direct Messages) > Revoke).

First uninstall the Smartsheet bot integration in MS Teams (see: Block or Remove a Bot in Teams), then Revoke the integration from the wrong Smartsheet account.

Once you've done this, you should be able to set this up again using the directions in this Help Article: Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft Teams.
