Data Shuttle

Can anyone help me in this? My requirement is datashuttle should run a scheduled time (say 7 PM CST). At 6 PM CST, I have a python script that runs an SQL query and populates an Excel and saves in the OneDrive.

I have a data shuttle that picks data from an .xlsx file in my OneDrive. Now, the data shuttle is not able to pick and copy over the .xlsx file unless I go to .xlsx manually, open and save.

Can anyone help me to address this issue so that datashuttle works without me going and saving the excel manually?

It sounds like the data is not being updated in the xlsx file until it is opened/saved. I would suggest browsing Excel/Microsoft forums to see if there is anything there that will be able to guide you on how to get that save to trigger automatically on the xlsx file.

This happens to me aswell and around 50% on my generated files on Onedrive. Nobody seems to know the problem, and sometimes it helpes to reduce the number of columns. Really frustrating and need a quick solution as I can’t open and save each file manually.
