Tagging People in WorkApps Comments
It looks like users lose the ability to tag other users in comments when using sheets or reports in WorkApps. Is there any way to be able to tag users in comments? I can think of some workaround by adding columns but that seems like a silly thing to do considering the functionality already exists.

So I figured out a few things. You can tag people in comments in reports and sheets but you need to know their entire email address. The tag won't give you suggestions when you start typing it in either so you have to know the email address of the individual you want to tag. If you create a Dynamic view, the ability for recipient tag options to auto populate as you type is available in WorkApps.

Hi Mike,
I have the same problem, I cannot Tag people through the WorkApp even if write the entire email address, they are not receiving notifications. They must be shared to the sheet to be able to receive the Tag notification otherwise nothing. I have tried Dynamic View as well but also the same.
Did you manage to solve this problem ?

This seems like such low-hanging fruit. How does this not exist?
