Sheets and Dynamic Views
There are a few existing Sheets and Dynamic Views that were created and still owned by previous employees. Because they no longer have licenses, those sheets are broken/unable to view but still appear in our sheets. Is there any way we can delete these?

Do you still have access to these accounts/emails? If you're able to have your IT department log in as these users, then you can delete the Dynamic Views. Any Views made from deleted sheets will show this message to the owner:
If you want to keep the Views, you'll need to log in as this user and recover the sheets from Deleted Items (they're kept for 30 days), then you can transfer the View ownership using this process: Transfer ownership of a view
If you don't have access to these emails or accounts anymore, you can reach out to our Support team for additional assistance. They'll need to know the previous owners email and a list of all the Views that are broken.
