Add picklist that allows user to view/select opportunities from Dynamics?

Hi there, we'd like to create a pricing request form that pulls in data from an opportunity in Dynamics. This would require the person filling out the form be able to select the opportunity the pricing list should be associated with from Dynamics. Is there any way to do this in a picklist field?

A combination of the Dynamics connecter and ddupdate.com might do the trick for you.
