Percent complete IF Formula
Hello,
Please assist with a IF formula for a total percentage completion of Task1, Task, Task3.
If Task1 is ≤330 Days it is considered 100% complete. IF Task1 is ≥331 days than the task is 0% complete. I would then take Task1-Task3 completion % and average to show total percentage. Limiting this to just few helper columns would be helpful as there a multiple tasks which are being tracked. Thanks for your help.

Hi @R. Prakash The %Complete column in project template does this for you! Just indent the tasks below their header to see the rollup.

Hi @hollyconradsmith forgot to mention the Task1-Task3 are columns instead of rows so the child parent indents would not apply. Thanks for your help.

what if you are not using the project template, but creating your own project sheet. I do not see a column option to choose % complete.

You can set up a Percent Complete column by adding the column to your sheet and then selecting this in the Project Settings of your sheet:
