Attachment Link through Automated Notification Expiring After 14 Days
I see that attachment links are set to expire after 30 days or 100x clicked. It looks like this is referring to files sent manually through Smartsheet.
I'm having issues with the links expiring after 14 days through AUTOMATED notifications. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this a setting that can be changed through our admin account?

Yes, it's in general 30 days when manual and 14 days when it's automated, and unfortunately, it's not possible to change it, but it's an excellent idea!

I am just discovering this as using a PDF link for reference on which contract type flow users are submitting, this is a visual guide so submitters pick the correct process before submitting an intake form. As this is something that just needs to be there indefinitely what is the best process for this as attaching it in Smartsheet seemed logical?
