Add Form to project Dashboard in blueprint?

i want to avoid access to sheets entirely if at all possible to reduce chance of people changing formatting or columns or formulas. so im setting up reports and forms for everything in my blueprint. however i realized that the form added to individual project dashboards to submit RAID's does not update once project is provisioned via control center.

is this not possible?
