Mapping out References

Is there a way to aggregate all of the managed references (both cell and sheet) without having to collect it manually? For example, I have one sheet that contains 14 cell references and 39 sheet references. Is there a way to export a map of those references so the client can see them rather than them hovering or going into manage references?
