Smartsheet Forms - Multiple entries for one column

I believe this question has been asked before, but I'm hoping someone can help me with the answer or a good workaround. I am creating a form to track project hours and I'm trying to create an option to have people include multiple answers for the same column on the same form. I saw several similar inquiries here and here. Hoping someone can email me a solution.

• I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.

Hi there,

I have a multi layered question on this. I need to have a pre- populated for which includes multiple committee members which sit on single lines on the smartsheet. I then need the form to be able to collect multiple new members.

potentially need to remove old ones too… I know I need to set up a workflow, but no idea where to begin. I have set the form up for individuals data, but can’t work out how to collect multiple individuals in one form to populate the smartsheet. Hope this makes sense?
