Links not directing properly while using Work Apps
Hello!
I am working on creating a "knowledge base" for my team using WorkApps. I'm organizing most of the information in card view and include links to any tools. None of the links I have inputted work. Links that are directing users to various Smartsheet sheets, show a "Access Denied" page. I am getting this error even though I'm the Admin for all of these pages. I am also having issues with non-smartsheet links, returning "page unrecognized" errors. Even if I copy the link from the card and paste into a new tab, I get the same errors. I tried incognito mode as well, but am having the same problem. I've had these pages open side by side to confirm the links are correct and working. It looks like additional parameters are being added to the links when accessed from Smartsheet. Is this a bug? or does Smartsheet not support links?

How are you putting these links into Card View... are these full URLs that are in their own field, or are you embedding the link as a Hyperlink behind text?
I've tested both ways and both of these link types should be clickable from a Card in a Sheet that's displayed in a Workapp without adding any additional parameters. Is it possible that something is being appended to the end of your URLs during the link-creation process?
It would be helpful to see screen capture examples, with a walk through of how you're inputting the links so I can try to replicate what you're describing, but please block out sensitive data.
Cheers,
Genevieve

Im have the same issue: The link that works was generated by control center. Bringing in the other links with datamesh (from rollup back to Intake after provisioning) and then displaying the links with a report. Links work fine on the report but when I put it in Workapps it does this :
the 3 on the right are not "clickable"
Here's what they look like on the report

Hi @markkrebs
Thank you for posting screen captures, this helps! I've passed along your feedback to the Product team and they confirmed this is behaviour they are aware of and are looking to update in the future. I don't have an ETA on when this may be fixed, but for now, cell links that surface hyperlinks in a Report will not be clickable hyperlinks in a Workapp.
Cheers,
Genevieve

Thanks! Yes this is the work around I gave. People are loving the Workapp functionality and looking forward to further enhancements that I know are coming!
