Hello, I have two questions about WorkApps in Smartsheet.

1. How do I get the WorkApp collaborator access to unlock for non-licensed users? It tells me to contact a system admin. But where would that system admin even find the feature to unlock access?
2. How do I get WorkApps to integrate with Procore. I have installed the Smartsheet Sync and Smartsheet for Procore Apps in Procore, however I would like to embed an entire WorkApp per Project in Procore. Is this even possible? If so, how?

If I can please get help/some answers with this. Or even some direction as to who to contact for this on the Smartsheet end.

1 . The Collaborator Pack is an add-on that would have been purchased as part of your Smartsheet plan. It's likely that your System Admin will be able to identify if this was purchased for you; if not, they can contact Smartsheet Sales about this addition. See: WorkApps availability and requirements

2 . Procore is not currently a supported content that can be embedded in a Dashboard or WorkApp. This Help Article has a list of all the possible pages you can add: Embed Custom Content in Dashboards and WorkApps

Please provide your feedback to the Product team and let them know how you're using Procore and how you'd like to see Workapps developed in the future by filling in this form, here.

It looks like we have the collaborator pack purchased with our enterprise Smartsheet plan. Can you send me some instructions or screenshots of what steps to take to turn/unlock this collaborator pack. That way I can get with our admin and unlock this feature as soon as possible.

If the collaborator pack was purchased with your plan, it should be automatically be enabled as the Sales team would have turned this on for you in the back-end.

If you can confirm with your System Admin that this was purchased, yet you're receiving an error, please contact your Customer Success representative or the Sales team and they can look into this for you.
